Rabbi Brad Artson

Dean of the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at the American Jewish University, will talk with us following lunch on Friday.

Rabbi David Wolpe

Named the most influential rabbi in America by Newsweek Magazine, will be discussing the meaning and relevance of the Conservative Movement on Friday afternoon.

American Jewish University

Join us at the beautiful campus set in the hills of Bel Aire overlooking the San Fernando Valley. We’ll be staying in the dorm rooms with private bath and linens included. We’ll have access to many campus features, including the Student Center with meeting areas and a gym. Kosher dining included. Everyone will be housed with their spouse unless otherwise requested.

Loads of Fun Activities

Friendly competitions: Maccabia sports, games, and more. On Thursday, grab some friends and head to the nearby Skirball Cultural Center or the Getty Art Museum. Thursday’s dinner is in the Jewish center of Los Angeles with a range of kosher eateries. How about a trip to Jeff’s Gourmet Sausage Factory, home of one of the best places for kosher sausages in the country? Perhaps Kosher Chinese?

Shacharit on Santa Monica Beach

What could be more spiritual than davening on the beach?  Joins us Sunday morning for this event on the site of the Sand-Volleyball competition for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympiad. Afterwards, we’re free to relax and walk along the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. Or perhaps a tour of Los Angeles.

And More Being Planned

With the focus on having fun, this will not be a training weekend. Just enriching experiences coupled with time to meet and schmooze with men (and women) from across North America. And a ComedySportz live comedy-improv event planned for Saturday night. Consider taking in a Dodger game on Sunday afternoon.

* In the event of a Covid-related cancellation, all payments will be refunded (by check, less credit card fees).
For those who have made deposits, payment in full is required now. See the registration page for full details.
