Midwest Region has bragging rights, as Rabbi Aaron Melman, of Congregation Beth Shalom, Northbrook, Illinois, gave the opening invocation to the United States House of Representatives. Mazel Tov Rabbi Melman (he's the son of proud father, Neil Melman, Past Regional President of the Lake Ontario Region). Rabbi Melman is a strong supporter of the Congregation's Men's Club.
