Extract: Coupled with the Build-a-Pair Program, in January 2024, the Men's Club worked with 6th and 7th graders in the Meyer Kranzberg Learning Center (MKLC) Sunday School program to teach the classes the historical significance and assembly of tefillin, and the children then assembled their mock tefillin, and painted them afterwards. The children were also encouraged to lay tefillin as practice for the World Wide Wrap. Communications plan: - Teachers have sent out invitations to the students and their families encouraging participation in the upcoming WWW - Rabbi Abraham has communicated from the bimah over the three weeks leading to 2/11. - Shul communications have included invitations to all members. - Men's Club weekly newsletters has included invitations specifically to members for two weeks leading to 2/11. - Arranged for breakfast wraps, cut fruit, and bagels/schmear for after minyan.
