The program will consist of a teaching minyan.  During the course of the Sunday morning minyan, instruction will be given on how to wrap tefillin.  There will also be teaching about how the wearing of tefillin is part of the largest Jewish system of "building temples in time" - how tefillin fits in with a system of differences in services - prayers included, nusach and why tefillin are worn on certain days and not others.
